The ship wheel cruise door décor includes the travelers’ name(s), and the center design of your choosing. If desired, you can also include the travelers’ cruise history (all of the cruises you want to include) using the Ship Wheel Cruise Board product. On each ‘cruise board’ (purchased separately) you may want to include the name of the ship, the date of the cruise, and the ports visited, beginning with your departure port. See the photos for examples of options, keeping in mind your cruise boards can include any information that will fit on three lines.

Overall size of the ship wheel is 11-3/4” x 11-3/4”. We use ¼” maple for the wheel, travelers name(s), and the center design on the ship wheel.
Feature:
We use ¼” maple for the wheel, traveler name(s), and the center design on the ship wheel. All pieces have primer and paint to ensure longevity of appearance. Since cruise ship doors are metal, we secure several neodymium magnets using 3M adhesive to the back of the ship wheel. If testing shows it is needed to help support the weight, we will also secure neodymium magnets to a few of the cruise boards. **IF you are unaware of neodymium magnets, they’re the most widely used rare-earth magnets. Very difficult to pull them apart (because they’re very strong!), so you SLIDE THEM apart. This also applies when you want to remove the Ship Wheel from your cabin door or other surface!! Slide the entire wheel to the edge of the door and it will easily come off.
Overall size of the ship wheel is 11-3/4” x 11-3/4”.
We do everything possible to be consistent during the making of our products; however, because of the nature of wood materials, variations in grain and color should be expected and those variations are not considered to be flaws. *Color may slightly vary due to lighting and monitor settings*

You are always welcome to send an email to us (lasergiftsbybarb@gmail.com) with questions or SPECIAL REQUESTS before ordering! After ordering and before production can begin, you will need to review/approve the proof that will be sent. The proof approval step cannot be skipped, so please keep an eye on your email for our “Ship Wheel Proof – Please Respond” message!! Any delay in this step will cause an overall delay to production of your order!
Dimensions:
Overall size of the ship wheel is 11-3/4” x 11-3/4”. The ship wheel and the cruise boards ordered will be assembled and ready to display when you receive it!! The only thing you’ll need to do is add your new cruise boards for future cruises (look for the separate product called “ADDITIONAL Ship Wheel Cruise Boards”)!
Shipping:
Items typically ship within 5 days after proof approval has been received.
We work very hard to have a typical turn-around time of 7-10 working days for all of our products, but try very hard to meet or exceed this timeframe. This is from the time of a secured order (payment received and design is known) to the time of shipping; however, since we typically need to have a proof approved by each client, this can cause delays outside of our control. We also have a production impact from the volume of orders received, which can significantly increase the turn-around time. Our goal is to ship within 5 business days.
Unless requested otherwise, all orders will be shipped within the US via USPS or UPS with a flat charge of $10.75. If you are outside of the U.S., please email for a specific shipping charge to your location.
Due to the production volume for this product, RUSH orders are not available at this time (but I’ll do my best to get all orders shipped as quickly as possible!)
Returns & exchanges:
Because of the nature of our products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
Special Info:
When ordering a cruise board for the Mardi Gras, I honestly am not bothered by whichever name you want to use (with or without the “Carnival” prefix), so am just going to share this detail (“You do You” fits here!):
The ship has often been incorrectly referred to as Carnival Mardi Gras, though Carnival has specified that her name does not include the “Carnival” prefix, a first since the Fantasy-class vessels originally omitted “Carnival” in their names upon their debuts.
