Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Every item is custom-made with care, and I truly appreciate each and every order.

📧 Communications

After placing your order, here’s what you can expect:

1. Order Confirmation
You will receive an automatic confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Please review your order details carefully (especially your shipping address).

If anything needs to be corrected, contact me as soon as possible with your order number at:

2. Design Proof (Ship Wheels & Cruise Boards Only)
When you order a Ship Wheel with Cruise Boards, you will receive a design proof email with the subject line: “Ship Wheel Proof - Please Respond”

👉 Your order will NOT move into production until I receive your approval or requested changes.
Please keep an eye out for this email so your order is not delayed. If you're not seeing it, be sure to check your "spam" folder.

3. Shipping Notification
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Shipping carrier
  • Shipping address
  • Order details

🛠️ Production Time

All items are made to order.

I do my best to ship orders within 5–7 business days, but timing may vary during busy seasons or when I am traveling.

🚚 Shipping

I am located in North Florida, so delivery time depends on your location and the shipping carrier.

If you need your order by a specific date (especially for cruises), please order early to ensure timely delivery.

📦 Shipping Damage

I carefully package all orders to prevent damage during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please email:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging
  • A photo showing the shipping label/tracking ID

This helps me file a claim with the carrier quickly.

While the claim is being processed, I will work on remaking your order and getting it shipped out as soon as possible.

⚠️ Errors

Mistakes are rare, but they can happen!

If your order arrives with an error or typo that was not part of your submitted personalization, please contact me. (lasergiftsbybarb@gmail.com or text me at 352-206-7097).

If the mistake is on my end, I will remake and ship a replacement at no cost.

To receive a military discount code, please email:

Include a photo of your military ID (the name must match the order).
